I breathe. I change.
This
blog is where I share my Journey to Life: a 7 year Process of daily writing to
assist me to stop the mind and stand in absolute Self-Honesty to change toward
what is the best for me and for ALL.
My
Process began when I was introduced to the principles of Oneness and Equality,
promoted and lived by Destonians - a group of people committed to change from
within. I was 20 years old and I thought I knew it all - however I knew deeply
inside of me that there was something missing: if we humans were actually good
people, why on Earth was this world so complicated, so violent, so unstable and
full of problems? Most importantly, how was I participating in it? I could
clearly see that many of my failed relationships were a mirror of the problems
in this world, caused by self-interest, miscommunication, fear, spitefulness,
reactions and competition.
That is
why I decided to walk the Process of understanding my mind, my thoughts,
emotions and feelings and began taking responsibility for my acceptances and
allowances. This blog is the space where I share what I see and realise
about Life in the world by facing my own personalities, my mind patterns, my
ego and my past. This is my process of Self-Real-I-zation, of who I and We
are as Life as all that exists.
I actively started the Process in 2009 and I have been applying Self-Forgiveness
since then. Self-Forgiveness is the tool for self-awareness to see what I
have allowed myself to be, to believe, and to define myself as. By becoming
aware of this self-imposed limitations, I allow myself to stop the mind, let go
of the thoughts and recreate myself for a better version of myself. This is the
process of re-birthing from the physical.
If you
also wonder 'Why is the world as it is?' or 'What can I do to change
something in this reality?' and 'Why are there so many patterns in the
history of the World?', then you will also be amazed by the fact that whatever
happens out there is a reflection of what happens inside of us. The good
news is that if we change ourselves we will change the world.
The
world will change as a whole when we change individually.
It is
definitely a journey that I recommend everyone to walk, in complete
self-honesty and self-responsibility. There’s no choice than to BREATHE,
be Here, embrace myself, walk point by point, and to stand here as the world,
in Oneness and Equality.
Through
this new vision I am able to look at the world in common sense and reflect upon
solutions that can fix some of the biggest problems that Humankind faces,
starting by the economic system, political apathy and social injustice.
